You are Consciousness

Consciousness is the background out of which existence creates infinite forms. It flows through everything. One of the secrets to life is to focus upon the light of consciousness within yourself allowing it to expand into every area of your life. That expansion grants you meaning and purpose. It also protects you. The light of consciousness is not separate to who you are, it is your essence. Without it there is no you. There is no perception. There is no existence.

Consciousness is the fabric of the multi-universe, it is the force that makes us one with everything. Visualise consciousness as a ball of light inside of your heart. Expand the ball of light until it envelops your body, then the room you are in, then the house you are in, then the street, then the town, then the city, then the country, then the planet, then the solar system, then the galaxy, then the universe and finally beyond the universe into infinity. You are an infinite being, your soul is infinite and whispers to you awaiting your return.The more you do this the more your life will flow and be in tune with the universe.
